Baking cakes has been with me for years. I remember as a little girl watching a grandmother making an apple pie or a poppy seed pie, and that was how my fascination with the kitchen and pastries began.
When I was twelve year I cooked the first cake myself, and from then on I was responsible for baking sweetness for all family celebrations.
Later comes studies and work and I was always short of time. But the old passion revived when one day I made cheesecake for my colleagues in a new job. It was so warmly received that from now every Monday morning at work began with a sweet .
Gradually, step by step, I tested new recipes, I finished successive pastry and sugar crafting courses. Finally came the moment when I was able to present myself and my projects to a wider audience. Hence I made the decision to create this site and my own pastry brand.
