Passion and joy of creation

Baking cakes has been with me for years. I remember as a little girl watching a grandmother making an apple pie or a poppy seed pie, and that was how my fascination with the kitchen and pastries began.

When I was twelve year I cooked the first cake myself, and from then on I was responsible for baking sweetness for all family celebrations.
Later comes studies and work and I was always short of time. But the old passion revived when one day I made cheesecake for my colleagues in a new job. It was so warmly received that from now every Monday morning at work began with a sweet .

Gradually, step by step, I tested new recipes, I finished successive pastry and sugar crafting courses. Finally came the moment when I was able to present myself and my projects to a wider audience. Hence I made the decision to create this site and my own pastry brand.

This is the main value of my brand. Excellent taste is an indispensable element of any of my baking, whilst an extraordinary look emphasizes it. Only a harmonious combination of these two elements can give us a perfect product. I try to make my products delight by surprising combinations of flavours and unusual looks.

The inspiration for creating this site was primarily the passion and joy of creating new projects. I keep up with the news on culinary blogs, I test the recipes and participate in pastry and sugarcrafting trainings. I would like my projects to be better and better and thus be able to meet even the most sophisticated tastes.

To make my sweetness I use the best ingredients – Belgian chocolate, real butter and eggs, seasonal fruit. I do not use preservatives or confectionery intermediates.
