Edible works of art

In my atelier I create original artistic cakes that will delight in your guests with its beautiful look and delicious taste. I recommend them especially for birthday, baptism, first communion and wedding.

Each cake is customized, taking into account individual client’s needs such as colour, decoration, taste preferences as well as the budget and the event type.

In my realizations, I am inspired mainly by the French tradition of confectionery, which is well known for its sophistication and perfect combination of flavours and textures. I use light mousses, silky cremeux, handmade jam and jelly from fresh seasonal fruit, as well as tasty and crispy pralines.

The style of my cakes is inspired primarily by the richness and beauty of nature. Cakes are decorated with delicate sugar flowers, leafs and berries, resembling living plants. The cakes are decorated with wafer paper or gum paste, painting resembling to stained glass as well as bas-reliefs. All of course completely edible.

I also offer mousse cakes, covered with chocolate suede or glaçage (mirror glasing).

Taking in consideration the fact that the creation process is very time consuming , I recommend to order a cake with 3 weeks’ notice at least.

I prefer personal pickup of cakes, but after prior arrangement it is also possible to do it in Warsaw. I can also drive a cake at the expense of the customer in Warsaw or in any other place.

Flavour list

  • Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse, homemade orange jam, candied ginger with roasted almonds and sesame.
  • Walnut sponge cake, caramel- coffee cream, candied  pear.
  • Spinach cake, vanilla cream, black currant jelly, expanded rice with caramel.
  • Carrot cake, vanilla and white chocolate cream, homemade orange jam with  ginger and cardamom.
  • Almond sponge cake, champagne mousse and rose petals jelly.
  • Pâte à choux, coffee mousse, black elderberry jelly.
  • Marzipan sponge cake, black currant jelly, passion fruit cremeux and white chocolate mousse.
  • Lavender biscuit, vanilla cream with white chocolate, lemon curd, blueberry.

With more portions I recommend layer cakes. They look very impressive and so are perfect for larger celebrations. In case of layer cakes, I can prepare each tier in a different flavour to meet different preferences of the guests.
The smallest cake offered by me is for 10 servings. 1 serving is a bit of about 125 grams.

The price per serving varies depending on the type of baking, its labor intensity and the complexity of the project and is in the range of 10-15 pln.

For cakes with floristic decoration, the price is customized.
